Once again racing from 5K's to the Ironman distance, Breakthrough Performance Coaching Athletes continue to impress with their stellar results!
Another great weekend of racing was had by Breakthrough Performance Coaching Athletes. They rocked the results board from the 5K distance all the way up to the most epic race of all, the Boston Marathon. Way to go Team BPC!

Your Breakthrough Performance Coaching teammates have been busy over the last three weekends. They have raced in distances from 5K to 70.3 and posted fantastic times! We would also like to recognize our teammates who sealed the overall victory this past Friday at the Breakway ITT Race Series. This was an event that lasted all winter, it was quite an effort, strong work!
Over the past two weekends Breakthrough Performance Coaching Athletes have shined at the Hyannis Marathon/Half Marathon and Ironman New Zealand, strong work team!
Although we have disappointed in not getting results posted for a while. Team BPC athletes did not disappoint with their performances!

If you do a web search “hill running,” you’ll receive dozens of hits touting the benefits with regards to increasing speed and strength. The point of this article is not to reinvent the wheel, but to discuss how you can efficiently run hills without overcooking your legs and save them for the later portion of your race.
