After the initial consultation, a personalized annual training plan (ATP) is developed based on a review of your past results, a fitness assessment and your personal goals.

Grandfather Status
Once an athlete initiates their training, their rate will be locked and will not increase. The athlete may take up to eight consecutive weeks off from training within a calendar year while maintaining their rate.  Should the athlete decide to take more than eight weeks off, the athlete will return to training at their coach’s current rate.
Likewise, should an athlete decide to change training plans, they will enter the new plan at it’s current rate. If within eight weeks the athlete decides this plan is not for them, they may switch back to their previous plan while maintaining their grandfather status. Beyond the eight week time period, the athlete will relinquish their grandfather status and any further changes to their training plan will at the current rate.
