JEFFREY CAPOBIANCO

Jeffrey Capobianco,  coach and owner, currently holds coaching certifications from Ironman, USA Triathlon, and USA Cycling.  He has coached hundreds of athletes to Ironman PRs, Kona qualifications, and podiums finishes. Jeffrey was selected as an official Ironman coach on course at both Ironman Lake Placid and Ironman Mont Tremblant.  He manages the Ride Studio at Fast Splits in Needham, MA and you’ll find him there every weekend throughout the winter teaching cycling classes.

He has been an endurance athlete for the past 30+ years. He began rowing for the University of Massachusetts and continued that passion training for a spot on the US national team. Along the way he won numerous national championships and two gold medals at the 1995 Olympic Festival.  After ending his rowing career, he pursued racing bikes and running. This soon led him to the sport of triathlon. His first triathlon was Ironman Lake Placid in 2005, which he has since done every year since, and plans to return again next year. He has qualified for, and competed in, the Ironman World Championships in Kona 7 times.  He is a 23x Ironman finisher.

Jeffrey and his wife, Samantha (also an Ironman), have three girls, Eva, Elia, and Camilla. He knows the time constraints that the “real world” places upon an athlete and how to maximize your precious time.

We will leave no stone unturned to ensure that you get the most out of yourself! Your goals, Our Knowledge, Unstoppable!
